    Job Description

    We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to join our sales team and focus on enterprise customers. This position involves proactively engaging with target companies to drive new logo acquisition and then grow the accounts. We are a growing startup and thus offer greenfield opportunities to build and grow your customer base. You will work 

    closely with our prospects and customers to understand their business objectives and act as their trusted guide for using Growfin most effectively. You'll also work with cross-functional teams to help align our product roadmap and marketing materials with customer feedback. 


    The ideal candidate is able to identify and drive qualified opportunities into new deals. We are looking for the AE to have an existing network and good relationships within IT and Finance organizations of companies that they have previously worked with. 

    Roles and Responsibilities

      • Researching/Prospecting and identifying potential clients, and conducting outreach to generate new leads.
      • Develop and execute a comprehensive regional plan to attain goals and quotas Building relationships with prospects and guiding them through the sales process, including product demos and presentations.
      • Owning the pipeline creation via phone, email, Linkedin, and social media campaigns, in addition to leveraging/partnering with your SDR and Marketing team.
      • Negotiating and closing deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
      • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful onboarding and ongoing customer success.
      • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and competitor offerings to inform your sales approach and product feedback.
      • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of your sales activities and pipeline in our CRM.
      • Lead business planning and quarterly review processes as well as ongoing pipeline review and forecasting activities.

    Desired Candidate Profile

      • 5+ years of SaaS sales experience, with a focus on enterprise software sales and a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, and has preferably worked as an early member of a start-up.
      • Experience selling to C-suite & Executives in the mid-size & enterprise segment. 
      • Experience selling to finance teams, ideally to Controllers, VP of Finance, and CFO will be a bonus. 
      • Strong understanding B2B SaaS solutions (preferably FinTech solutions), with a track record of closing new logos.
      • Consultative & Value selling - Ability to align technology solutions to complex, multi-stakeholder business problems and utilize strategic thinking skills to solve customer problems.
      • History of exceeding quota with price points exceeding $25K ACV deals Strong existing customer network, with an ability to create opportunities and build your own pipeline. 
      • Collaborative team player who takes the lead in driving initiatives, working across teams (Product Management, Inside Sales, Marketing), and structuring approaches to new opportunities.
      • Demonstrate success in strategic territory management, with the ability to prioritize among a high volume of opportunities to and build a consistent 12-month rolling pipeline. 
      • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, solve problems creatively, think on your feet, and be comfortable in new situations working with multiple stakeholders Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools.
      • Candidate should be a self-starter with high ownership on getting things done Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
      • B.E./B.A./B.S. degree or equivalent experience.
