    Job Description

    At HyperVerge, the Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving new users to HyperVerge by creating and overseeing the digital demand plan for paid search, paid social, programmatic display, and sponsored publisher platforms.

    Roles and Responsibilities

      • Drive marketing efficiency by optimizing channels and campaigns for cost and performance managing both the cost of traffic and cost of acquisition.
      • Define our overall paid demand generation strategy across paid search, paid social, programmatic display, and sponsored publisher channels.
      • Work with the relevant marketing teams to influence conversion rate optimization strategies around onsite content and site structure
      • Effectively communicate campaign strategy, plans, and performance across key stakeholders and executives
      • Launch ABM campaigns by collaborating closely with other team members to reach, engage and convert the accounts that matter to our business.
      • Develop daily/ weekly dashboard on the performance of campaigns including spend, clicks, conversions, CAC, and other metrics for all marketing channels
      • Stay abreast of new tools, trends, and best practices in digital advertising; test and evaluate their efficacy in improving scale or effectiveness
      • In-depth expertise in using tools across keyword research, audience identification, publishers, automation, analytics, heatmaps, visitor recordings & reporting dashboards
      • Keep pace with SEO, search engine, social media and internet marketing industry trends and developments.

    Desired Candidate Profile

      • 3+ years of Digital Marketing Experience with B2B Saas product companies.
      • In-depth understanding & hands-on experience in running ads across Google, LinkedIn (must have) & Facebook, Twitter, Bing (good to have) to acquire new users
      • Possess proficient quantitative and analytical abilities, including expertise in spreadsheet modeling and trend forecasting.
      • Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, and HubSpot.
      • Entrepreneurial spirit, willingness to work hands on and ability to create clarity and get things done amid ambiguity.
