Job Description

As a Research Analyst, you will be at the forefront of scouting opportunities for startups and founders across India. You’ll map the ecosystem, engage with accelerators, incubators, government initiatives, college entrepreneurship cells, and curate the most valuable startup programs into our marketplace.

Roles and Responsibilities

Research and maintain a growing database of:
Startup accelerators, incubators, and ecosystem enablers
Government schemes, grants, and startup benefits
Pitching competitions, innovation challenges, and hackathons
University E-Cells and student-led entrepreneurship programs
Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in the ecosystem
Identify and post high-value opportunities on the YourTribe marketplace to benefit our founder community
Monitor deadlines, eligibility, and benefits of each program and ensure accurate listings
Collaborate with the content and partnerships team to drive visibility of these programs

Desired Candidate Profile

Based in Bangalore (mandatory) with a remote work setup
1–3 years of experience in research, business analysis, or ecosystem partnerships
Prior exposure to the startup ecosystem or experience working with an incubator/accelerator is a plus
Strong research, networking, and communication skills
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple projects
Curious, resourceful, and passionate about supporting founders and startups
