Job Description
In the Senior Account Manager role, your responsibilities will involve identifying new target accounts, nurturing relationships with our existing clients, and gaining an in-depth understanding of their needs to provide tailored solutions. Your focus will primarily be on the SMB and Mid-Market segments, with the ultimate goal of strengthening our client relationships.
You will build a portfolio of clients by prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing new accounts in your focus industry. Ideal candidates will have a deep understanding of the tech and hiring space, particularly in the context of startups. Commissions/ Incentives will be uncapped for the role.
